We have the following full-time job vacancy: 

Vacancy: Marketing & Design Lead

The successful candidate will take a leading role with the design of our printed catalgue, the maintenance of our website, the production of email newsletters, the development of new personalised products - plus a number of other marketing actitives.  The role is broad, covering many aspects of marketing at Mulberry Bush 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Email Newsletters:  Design, create and send regular email newsletters to our customers.
• Website:  Ensure all webpages are accurately maintained, including regularly updating the homepage to keep its content fresh and in line with other marketing initiatives.  Ensure SEO/SEM principles are adhered to.  Working with our web designer and builder, assist with future website design changes.
• Catalogue:  Be responsible for the design of our catalogue’s layout and artwork.
• Product Images:  Edit product images in readiness for use on the website, in the catalogue and elsewhere.   Maintain our library of product images.
• Product Design: design and develop new personalised products to add to our broad range of personalised gifts for children.
• Social Media:  Be responsible for our Social Media strategy and content.  Work with others to ensure Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest posts are placed throughout the year and our approach is integrated with other marketing activities.
• Blog:  Contribute blog articles both for our website and for other third-party websites (link-building or guest blogging).  Own the relationship with our external bloggers.
• Develop the Mulberry Bush Brand, increasing our brand awareness.  Evaluate consumer trends, market conditions, competitor information and implement marketing strategy accordingly.  Interpret sales and customer performance measures and take action.  Carry out other marketing activities as necessary.
• Marketing Reports:  Produce regular Marketing performance reports of all our Marketing KPIs

This is an office-based role, working in our Sussex office.  The role is Full-time, Monday to Friday plus some Saturdays during Autumn.  Saturday dates to be mutually agreed (typically every other Saturday).  Full days (9am-5pm), with some later finishes in Autumn by mutual agreement (6pm).  Start date expected to be March/April 2025.

About Mulberry Bush
