Faulty or Damaged Items

Whilst we and our manufacturers check all the items we send, sometimes things can go wrong.  In the first instance, please do not return the item to us.  Let us help resolve the problem for you.  Please phone or email us as soon as possible and we will advise how we can best help.

Faulty Goods

If you find you have any faulty items, please contact us immediately for advice.   

It will help us to help you if you can give us the following information:

  • Your name, address, postcode & telephone number
  • Your order number
  • A detailed explanation of the problem, including photos if possible.

Often we can resolve issues without the need for the original faulty item to be returned.  Please note, we are unable to refund returns postage costs unless we have agreed this with you before you return your item.

Damaged In Transit?

If you believe there may have been damages sustained in transit (eg by the courier), please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.  This must be within 7 days of receipt of your delivery - our couriers are unable to investigate after a longer delay.   

If when you receive your parcel there appears to be any damage to the outer packaging, please follow these steps:

  • Take photographs of the damaged parcel before opening the parcel.  
  • Please then open your parcel, and carefully check over your goods.  
  • If you find any damages to your goods, please photograph these too
  • If you have damaged items, please email us your photos showing the damages to the outer packaging and the damages to the goods.  

Following this process will help us to help you, and may help in the event that the parcel has been damaged in transit and we need to raise an investigation/claim with our courier.  Thank you.
