• Standard Delivery for orders including personalised items takes up to approximately two weeks (unless otherwise specified)
• Express Delivery is £6.99, available for most orders containing personalised items.  Personalised items will be made-to-order as fast as possible, then your whole order will be despatched on a Next Day basis*.
• Next Day Delivery or Name The Day Delivery are not available if your order includes personalised items.

*Mainland UK only, excludes UK Highlands & Islands where Standard Delivery is available for £3.99.

Please note that once ordered personalised items cannot be cancelled or amended - unless you phone us immediately after placing your order.  Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
